My vita has almost no real mileage, I forgotten when I bought it and can count the *vita* games I've played on it with one hand, and most of all I refuse to sell it because I payed way too much for it +mem card in the first place.

It's so bad I cleaned my apartment and it fell off my book shelf onto my head and I realized I had found my vita the same moment I'd realized I lost it for the last two months.

The moment hurt emotionally, and physically. (not in that order)

I'm merely saying that if I'm not even playing my vita for vita games that remote play isn't even novelty if I can't even dust off my vita as of now

rpg interestig comment! I've been out of touch with the Vita feedback and am looking at getting a handheld. What is it about the Vita that makes it so unmemorable to you? Is it justbad quality games or what?

I still sure if a line of games come out I'll love the vita, it's not bad quality of games but more lack of games :/

The first game I got was gravity rush, and I loved it but it was like half a game, hour wise to beat it was maybe 12h or less but I'd have to get my vita out to check and it purposely cuts the game in mid story obviously signaling a sequel and a plot path but the story had just seemed to hit tires on road and the E brakes.
The powers you get and how you use them is a bit breath taking, if anything the battles were fun and flying.

Second was dynasty warriors next, and it was alright but it made a point for you to use the touch screen, in a game I would have never of guessed it would use vita novetly in so I was a bit let down from the get go. Just Play dw7 on ps3

third was MGS HD but unlike the ps3 version it came without peacewalker nothing wrong but those two games were ps2 games before so nothing new there. (still great of course it's MGS for pete's sake)

fourth was wipeout which BTW I was new to the series but it was awesome, (especially since it was free, PS PLUS)

There's some other good games there such as PS4 GOLDEN, but a good majority remakes, on the ps3 already or are sony exlusives and there's not much more to look for in future releases that diverge from that.

Oh and data transferring is a female dog -.-

I had 1 other vita game but I'd have to look for my game cases to remember :/
I say just wait on a vita

It's OK...Memory cards are kind of expensive but I recommend using only 8GB if you intend to buy physical copies only, like I do!

I still have 4.1 GB out of 8GB on my Vita memory card, sometimes, I just download demo and delete after playing it...Sometimes I put music, videos and girls photos and so on , I still have plenty of room with 8GB IF YOU BUY PHYSICAL COPY GAMES which are also much cheaper than digital games.

I've only played about five full games on my PSVita, the last one, I'm still playing is DOA 5+ which is fantastic.

With Killzone: Mercenary is on the horizon, I hope Vita gamers will have a good time soon

Don't lose hope in Vita which is still a marvelous piece of portable gaming machine for gamers who don't have enough time for playing console at home....

Is someone seriously down-voting any and all negative comments about the Vita?

I've been wanting to replace my PSP so I'd actually get a Vita myself since there are a few interesting games for it, but the start-up costs are atrocious. Theres no way I'd pay over $300 for a handheld.

The way Sony is handling it doesn't help sweeten the pot any either. I hope Sony isn't seriously expecting remote-play to save the Vita, not very many people are going to want to buy a $250 handheld just to play their PS4 games and even fewer will have the internet connection to do so.

My Vita doesn't get as much use as I had hoped, so this could be good news. I wish Sony would focus more on good games for the Vita than PS4 compatibility, I don't play much else than Touch My Katamari, and I tend to use my 3DS more often. As a PS+ user, I do get some sweet downloads for it, I just have no room, as I really can't justify spending $60 on a memory card when I can just buy a few physical games.

it's a platform of choice article. when folks criticize it's success or even crack a joke about it there's always 1 guy out there zero bombing the thread

it's a tiny painis thing.

i guess when it comes to the ps vita i fall under the category who wishes to use it more as well. while i have my thumbs up for what the Vita can do it just feels like i'm already searching at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to games. ps+ occasionally drops something cool but i get the feeling that the economy is really doing it's part on the game industry.

i remain optimistic about it though. just because it's a cold summer it doesn't mean we don't get to harvest right?

Remote Play just doesn't interest me, if it works well or not. I'll keep using my Vita for PS titles (Final Fantasy collection at the moment) and the PS3/PS4 for titles released on them.

If it works though, then fair play as I'm sure some would like this feature but the additional costs of £150+ just for it is steep if you don't already own a Vita. Also it's not like the Vita is offering us to much pleasure and this isn't enough to make many just buy it with whats already available. I do somewhat regret purchasing the Vita.
