When Disney and EA announced it had a multi-year deal for Star Wars games, there was some concern on what exactly that meant. Well, during EA's E3 2013 press conference, we received our very first sneak peak at Star Wars: Battlefront. By sneak peak, it's exactly that as EA showed a very brief 23-second trailer that doesn't really show a bunch. Aside from the fact that it is Star Wars: Battlefront and that we're finally getting a new entry in the beloved series.
Not much is known about Star Wars: Battlefront right now, except that it's in development at DICE and runs on Frostbite 3. The teaser trailer starts off an ice planet, most likely Hoth, with wreckage all around. Suddenly there's a laser blast near you, and then a T-47 airspeeder appears. Oh, and a monstrous foot of an Imperial AT-AT.
That's pretty much all we have right on Star Wars: Battlefront, as EA immediately moved to a new trailer once the teaser ended. Hopefully more information is revealed during E3. And above all, Star Wars: Battlefront is coming back at long last.
