This morning, when ATLUS made their big announcement, many were banking on a Persona 5. Turns out, the company is publishing Daylight, a next-gen psychological thriller by the aptly named Zombie Studios.
Set for release in 2014 for PlayStation 4 and PC, Daylight will be dropping players in the most obvious scary location ever: an abandoned hospital. Doesn't get much creepier than that.
The game will be in first-person, and play with, as always, light and dark. The player will wake up in the old hospital with only a cell phone as a light source. The early screenshots seem to hint at that being the only thing you'll be holding, too. But let's not jump to any conclusions just yet. Each level is "procedurally generated," with no clues or any sort.
And who is responsible for writing this game? Model-turned-IGN-personality Jessica Chobot, who also voices the character. She was also that reporter in Mass Effect 3, if you dug that character.
