I wish they would confirm Crash Bandicoot, or Jak and Daxter. (Another Sly Cooper game would interest me)

Shit, anyone knows if the playstation 4 will have backward compatibility? I'm thinking about buying Diablo 3 now, but also I will buy ps4 once its out, so is it worth to wait till ps4 is out and buy D3 then or it will have an option to play games from ps3 which is probably highly unlikely. However already have one d3 on pc, so I don't want to end with three different version
PS4 isn't backwards compatibile

The list looks very promising for the PS4's lauch, but like everyone else has been mentioning the price of the console itself leaves me into questioning, is it even worth getting immediate or to wait.

For those asking, the PS4 won't be backwards compatible. However, Sony did say that they plan on trying to get most if not all games (not sure if they meant PS3 games or all PS games) available on the PSN. So give them time and you'll (hopefully) be able to buy your favorite game and play it on the PS4 any ways.

The games on this list that I might actually own or to say worth buying to me would be Knack , Killzone, and Destiny. A lot of these titles though are on other platforms, but it's not like that's a bad thing. It's a nice list I'm sure just with these three title's I'd be busy enough. So looking like a nice list so far. No one has a stellar release though when they first come out though so my expectations aren't ridiculous. Like everyone else said though I wanna see a price tag or at least a very close estimate. .

On the handhelds. o:
Most of the RPGs (for homeconsole) are now coming to the PS3 anyway.
The Tales series, Final Fantasy, KH, etc.

There's couple of titles that I'd definitely interested in picking up, though not sure if that's enough to warrant the purchase of the console, especially on launch date.

Xbox one won't sell, we want to play games not watch tv and Skype. Every computer and smart tv already does that. Ps4 will reap the benefits with its dedication to new games and live streaming.
New games? Lot of sequels on that list... and I don't want to live stream or watch people live stream. I'd rather watch um, TV.
Why not stream your own games or something then?
Also it's not like the PS4 is restricting you from watching your tv.

I just said I have no interest in streaming. Why would I? If I'm going to use my console to watch something, why would it be of other people playing the exact same game I could be playing?

Well, people watch streams of other people playing computer games that they could be playing all of the time. It isn't that unusual. Look at SC2/LoL!! (It's fun to watch people do what you cannot.)

Also, it'd be sort of convenient to have everything there. You know, like a super media console... Assuming you were interested in that, of course..........................

I know it exists. I'm just not interested, at all.

There are legitimate complaints about the Xbox One, but this... Just because it's possible to watch TV and use Skype doesn't mean there won't be any games. The Xbox name has a lot behind it, and Microsoft has a lot to offer to developers who want to make exclusives for their system; whether or not you like it, there is no denying there will be good exclusives for each next-gen system, and each system is worth it for its games even if you hate its unique features... That doesn't go for the Virtual Boy though.

I'm really looking forward to Killzone: Shadow Fall. The executions remind me a lot of Far Cry 3, and I can't think of many recent games that had such intense player-controlled melee kills. Despite the graphics not looking much better than what is available now, I'm sure there will be enough innovation in combat to spice it up from its predecessor. Aside from that, I could get most of the launch line-up on PC, so my library will be small until some interesting exclusives start to show up.

Kinda disappointed with this list. To echo what imoutofnames said, many of these titles are similar to what we've been playing for the past decade. I'm hoping to see more original titles this time around, although I won't put any money on it.
