it's called the xbox one because you take one look at it and realize its a piece of junk.

no no no...its called the xbox one because they will only sell ONE of the consoles because the whole idea of buying an X1 game second hand and having to pay AGAIN to unlock it so it can run on the console is absolutely evil...pure money-grab in my opinion.

No, Solid-Snack they call it the xbox one because only a minute went into naming it. We could do this all day

I'm glad that I bought a Xbox 360 for my birthday, although it's late in its life span, I can enjoy greater amounts of classic games at 'value for money' price.

For Xbox One, no new games = no buy!!!!

Probably like all of the next gen consoles(PS4 and to an extent the Wii U), I'll probably hold off from buying it from launch. Still got plenty of games that I need to finish for my 360.

no its called the xbox one because they had ONE day to design it...and ONE person to build it.

Well, with the lack of games for the WiiU and the crap-tastic features of the ONE (I really freaking hate the name, too), the PS4 looks like the best bet of the next gen, even if that Share button seems very concerning.

Guess I'll be sticking with the PC for now. What a sad fate this generation holds.

I'll likely remain a PC/Xbox gamer. Waiting for E3 to see the full lineup.

How does it go from 360 to one? What happened to the 359 other numbers? Is this a way to confirm another 359 consoles or what? Or will the newer models like slims be xbox two/three?

Anyone who fights over which is better is a pawn. Just buy whichever one you think is best.

Wakaman We were discussing this, and we concluded that Microsoft might be trying to refresh the brand by starting at "one." Because it's difficult to follow up the Xbox 360 in terms of names. 720? 1080?

At this rate, they can start going up like Xbox One, Xbox Two, etc. Just a theory, though.

Man this is gonna get confusing if they switch up again. I'm already having to talk about the original xbox as the OG xbox and stuff. I actually like the design, simple and sexy.

So will a VCR. And those are cheaper. And they look nicer.
