Ubisoft has packaged up a batch of Watch_Dogs screenshots for excited gamers to devour. Nothing too ground breaking in these screenies, but they do introduce punk girl with a dark past Clara Lille. I'm seeing a mixture of Girl With a Dragon Tattoo with Hackers' Angelina Jolie. Also, there's a good shop of 60+ MPH vehicle action, which I'd love to see in motion. Otherwise, same ol' conceptual look of the internet colliding with reality.
It hurts me more than a little bit to realize just exactly what I just said. "Internet colliding with reality." It's like tapping the first domino in a line and realizing exactly what Ubisoft has created with Watch_Dogs. I'm suddenly sitting in the Ubisoft marketing room as they say, "What do nerds like? They like the Internet. Let's bring the Internet into reality, mixed with Grand Theft Auto." It's that simple, and I'm ashamed.
Yet I still want it. As stupid as the whole hacking the world with a cell phone really is, I still want it, because they know exactly what this nerd wants and are actually delivering on it.
Watch_Dogs is planned for released on the PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U on November 19. It's also planned for release on the PlayStation 4 and what we assume the next-gen Xbox when they launch. Which, probably, is right around November 19. Look forward to it.
PS, this batch of screenshots is meant to accompany a preview of Watch_Dogs. Neoseeker missed out this time, but if you're a big Watch_Dogs fan, we recommend checking out your next favorite website in case they got the opportunity to check the game out.
