When Grand Theft Auto V revealed it would star three protagonists rather then one, well, it was difficult to tell what to think. Most games have enough trouble with one, including previous Grand Theft Auto titles. Today Rockstar released three trailers, one for each of their anti-heroes -- Michael, Franklin, and Trevor -- and let's just say this: Rockstar knows exactly what it's doing with Grand Theft Auto V.
Michael is a rich psychopath with a wife and kids that he says he loves, but almost certainly hates. Franklin is a gang-banger psychopath that's uncomfortable with the lifestyle, but what's the saying? Mo' money, mo' problems? Trevor, well, he basically just your typical psychopath. Trailer trash, meth cooking, baseball bat wielding, wake-up-naked-on-the-interstate style psychopath. I love them all equally.
Grand Theft Auto V won't be released until September 17, coming to both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It's still, ah, I guess it's May now, which means there's still four an a half months until we can actually play GTA5. Pretty sure, after watching these trailers, I'm going to go absolutely insane just waiting. Make room for a fourth psychopath, guys, I'm joining the gang.
