I've been waiting for this. I bought Skyrim very near release, but it didn't have the lasting power that Oblivion or Fallout 3 (which, incidentally, I'm playing right now) did, so I traded it in toward another game which has since escaped me. Kept the nice map, though. I was holding out for a GOTY edition to get back into it, and Bethesda predictably delivered. I want to wait for a price drop so I don't pay full price twice for the same game, but I also want to buy it new and support Bethesda.

aah i was going to buy the pc version for my birthday this month.
i could wait, but at the same time i'm not really interested in the dlc's so i don't want to be paying more money when i'd be happy with the normal one.
it does look so, so great though!
gah~ a tough choice ><

Well, to hold me over until this, I ran over by Gamestop and picked up a preowned copy. I'll be taking it back over the weekend, that way I can get a good introductory feel for the game without having to spend any cash. If I enjoy it (and from the gameplay I've seen, I'm sure I will), I'll grab the Legendary Edition. And if not, then I can invest it into the Mass Effect trilogy or Fallout series.

Bethesda should just make Elder Scrolls VI. Im tired of these DLC's!

I guess I can say "I beat the Game" I did all the main quests and I did MOST of the side quests.

I'll buy this, only because I don't feel like going online to buy the 3 expansions.....

is it just me or is that cover so damn sexy?

If it comes down to about £20, probably buy it for PC, play DLC, then mod that *error*. No seriously, I'll get this for the 4th time, and not regret it, so bethesda are obviously doing something right.

This is awesome, yet i have all the DLC and the like, so the only way i'll buy this is if i decide to get it on PC. We'll see though.

I'm happy with my Premium Edition and I have the DLC too. Playing Skyrim in a Skyrim t-shirt.. Only...
And having a mug of mead, like a true nord.

I was gonna say I feel ripped off for having recently purchased Dragonborn, but then I realized how absolutely content I am with both that and Dawnguard, and I'm totally okay with having put an extra 30 dollars into the game for such amazing content.

Awesome! I've been waiting for this, so I can buy the game on PC without having to pick up the individual DLC. Have it on 360 already, but I've really wanted to replay it on PC.

Really glad they didn't name it "Game of the Year Edition."

I haven't bought Skyrim on the PC yet because I knew this was coming eventually. And here it is! Now I can see what I've been missing!

Been waiting for this. Hopefully the price won't stay too high for long and I'll be able to pick it up for a good deal, as Single-Player games never become outdated in my mind.

Blue Neon I don't disagree, it's just too good to say goodbye to.

Personally I don't think they could have rounded the game off any better, I don't even own any of the DLCs and I still feel that the 1.9 patch is the greatest way to leave the game on with basically unlimited stats.
