Do you love zombies? Do you love shooting zombies? These questions are semi-relevant, because today marks the debut of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 - Uprising. The new DLC pack was released today to Xbox LIVE, and in addition to new maps, brings the Mob of the Dead mode.
Dig the new screenshots, while you're here. The highlight is probably, once again, the Mob of the Dead stuff, featuring four playable mobster characters stuck in 1920s Alcatraz. Hey, sounds like the perfect place to have a nice Zombies adventure. A trailer was released last week, and it's worth a look-see, if you're into Call of the Dead.
In addition to the Mob of the Dead content, you've also got the new multiplayer maps:
- Magma takes place in a modern Japanese village with volcanic eruptions carving multiple paths through the town.
- Encore happens in the aftermath of a desert London music festival, with a focus on CQC.
- Vertigo is a futuristic high rise in India with a high-tech lab and tiered pathways.
- Studio is a remake of "Firing Range" from the first Black Ops, set in a Hollywood back lot with cinematic themes.
The price is your typical $15. No word yet on when the DLC is coming to PSN or PC, but we anticipate the usual half-month to a month.
