PlayStation 3 gamers have something nice to look forward to next week, as both Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories are set to arrive on the PlayStation Network. Each game is the PS2 version, which means all the GTA games from that era are now available digitally on the PSN for enjoyment on the PlayStation 3.
Liberty City Stories follows Toni Cipriani as he tries to clean up the underworld and get the city under the control of the Leone family. There are plenty of missions to undertake in Liberty City, as it gives gamers a chance to see how it was before the events of Grand Theft Auto III. Vice City Stories, meanwhile, follows Vic Vance as he's forced to build up a criminal empire or die trying. Like its counterpart, there is a lot to do in Vice City, so gamers should have no trouble exploring its open world.
Both games are priced at $9.99 / €9.99 / £7.99 each for their respective regions. Rockstar has been expanding its lineup of PS2 Classics, and there should be more to look forward to after Liberty City and Vice City Stories arrive.
