Japanese publisher Acquire announced a new title from popular handheld developer Zerodiv today. Known for their work on Class of Heroes abroad, Zerodiv will be releasing their first PlayStation Vita title in just a few days -- Sei Madou Monogatari. Obviously excited with the new platform, they're already hard at work on something new. Introducing MIND 0, fully revealed in this month's issue of Famitsu.
Just looking at one of the first teaser images shown above, MIND 0 should straight away start giving gamers Persona vibes. It only gets crazier from there. MIND 0 is about two worlds, one populated by people and the other by demons. The game's protagonist has the unnatural ability to jump between these two worlds, but a new drug has hit the streets allowing everyone else to swap with their demon counterparts -- likely without realizing the consequences.
Featuring dungeon crawling and 3D turn-based battles, along with 2D cut-scenes and high school slice of life events, the more we hear about MIND 0 the more its Persona and Shin Megami Tensei influence becomes clearer. Stay tuned for more information on MIND 0 when its full official website launches on the 26. That, and hopefully word that the game will be coming overseas! Stay tuned.
