As a World of Warcraft player going by the handle of "1104" learned the hard way, sometimes you can’t trust anyone. Not even your own child.
An eight-year veteran of World of Warcraft from overseas,1104 had worked hard for his 476,000 gold. One day, as his character was parked at the auction house, the call of nature surged through him. Making a trip to the bathroom, he returned to find that his bag only had 106 gold left! The even stranger thing was that there was that he didn’t have anything new in his bag and nothing was missing. Confused, he asked his six-year-old son whether he had bought anything while he was gone. His son replied saying that he didn’t know anything.
Now understandably distraught, 1104 looked through the auction house history item by item until he checked came to the “pets” section. In it, he saw over ten level 25 "blue pets" that had been bought and that’s when he understood. All of his gold had been on the most expensive pets. While his son still denied it, 1104 knew that it was his son that had spent his gold.
However, unable to really blame his son and with no gold on his account, 1104 has said that it was probably a time for him to leave the game. Good man.
