name one good reason why you think phone tapping is bad. a lot of terrorists are dumb enough to communicate over the phone and that helps catch them. if youre not a terrorist talking about the building you plan on blowing up, you shouldnt be worried, cause im sure whoever's listening couldnt care less what you're talking to your friend about. if your answer is a private conversation, you shouldnt be having a private conversation over the phone anyway, thats more of a face-to-face situation. i feel like anyway.

You're breaching a very sensitive topic relating to American rights and privacy. I'm not going to get into that haha. Politics.

So you're arguing just to argue semantics instead of looking at this from a rational standpoint. Gotcha.
I'm not sure how that qualifies as being irrational or arguing semantics. You're asserting user tracking is a "ridiculous" "big brother conspiracy" that only "10 year olds" would believe whilst I'm almost directly refuting your opinion by saying its completely plausible for it to already be happening. Last I checked arguing semantics was reserved to quibbling over technicalities in language, not something as glaring as our opinion differences.

you're really fretting over nothing if you're scared that MS might be using Kinect to track how many people are playing it or whatever. OH NOES!

Phil Anselmo... How could you of all people not believe in Big Brother conspiracies? Especially with your avatar looking the way it does.

But yeah, what Shinobi_razor said... Who cares?

It's not a big bother thing, who even said that? There will be a time where you may have to pay more money to rent a movie or show per person in the room. If you have bought the movie, It wont let you play it if there are more people in the room then the bought movie was intended to play for. Beyond greedy, and that it's microsoft patenting something like this first i am not suprised.

When that time comes, I think I'll unplug my Kinect when I decide to rent something.

Always online will insure that it will need to be plugged in in order for you to play what you rented

Yeah. Nothing about the next Xbox has been confirmed. Everything up to this point is speculation.. and you've stated you're not interested in purchasing it anyways, so why bother to continue posting about it?

No, you linked to an article by an editor who gave his opinion about the patent. Did you know Sony has a patent that would disable used games? And what did we hear about Sony's take on that? It's all speculation until the companies themselves confirm/deny information, or heck, really until the consoles are finally released.

Go away fanboy.
