Guild Wars 2: Flame & Frost - The Gathering Storm update arrives, allows Trading Post previewing now

The Guild Wars 2 "Gathering Storm" update has gone live, adding the second phase of the ongoing Flame & Frost. In addition to the story stuff, you've got a ton of gameplay changes to look forward to. Or dread.
Some of the new perks include finally being able to preview items on the Trading Post. A number of world bosses will now yield more rewards, as well, so you can have even more blue items (presumably); on the flip side, you can now only loot dragon chests once per day, meaning no more Claw farming. Several dungeons now have more waypoints, too.
New items -- like Cleric gear -- have been added to the Ascended collection. The Laurel vendor also has a new tab, through which players can purchase high tier Ascended items for 40 Laurels and 50 ectoplasms. Ouch.
The Daily system has been updated so that players can pick which five they want to finish each day.
That's really just a glimpse of the whole update, really. The entire list of patch notes is fairly extensive, so I recommend giving that a read when you have a chance.
As always, be wary that the patch might take a long time to update. Anyone who's played Guild Wars 2 for this long, however, should already be aware of these issues.
