Assassin's Creed 3's 'Tyranny of King Washington' launch trailer, screens portray a wild Ratonhnhaké:ton
GHOST WOLVES
How fitting that a day after we celebrate George Washington's birthday Ubisoft has released their first DLC chapter for Assassin's Creed III's "The Tyranny of King George". Finally the question is asked, "What if George Washington crowned himself king?" and, "Who would stop him?" is answered. Or I suppose the story is simply beginning. Accompanying the news of the DLC's launch is a trailer titled "Infamy" and a handful of screenshots and concept art. If you don't stop George Washington, who will?
The first chapter of the DLC has protagonist Ratonhnhaké:ton awakening from a dream to find the country he has helped free has a new king. And if the trailer is anything to make assumptions from, King George is willing to kill anyone who stands in the way of his tyrancy. I think I saw half a dozen fearful civilians obliterated by a cannonball at one point. Damn, George, you crazy.
The first chapter in Assassin's Creed III's "The Tyranny of King George" DLC is available day for $9.99 or 800MSP on PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and I believe Wii U as well. All three chapters can be purchased for a discount of... oh, nothing. It's currently available for $29.99 or 2400 MSP, though it does include two extra DLC content packs.

I know on the PS you can buy the "Season Pass" which gives you all the DLC packs as soon as they are released. That sounds like what you are talking about. Not sure if they do something similar for the X-Box.
They promise that on the PS, if you buy the season pass, it will be at least 25% cheaper than buying the packs separately.
They need an American Civil War game...
Assassin's Creed II was the best of the three main games.
