Japanese site for Pokemon Scramble U, Rumble in North America, opens with a dozen screenshots

Nintendo has launched their Japanese website for the recently announced Pokemon Scramble U, the latest title in the goofy series better known as Pokemon Rumble in North America. With over a dozen screenshots included on the website, players can finally take a look at what Pokemon will look like in HD on the Wii U. Err, well, maybe not. Pokemon Scramble U's graphics seem to be rather dated, actually.

Still, it's interesting to see what Nintendo is up to with 3D Pokemon titles. Even though Pokemon Scramble U will be a simple downloadable title with basic graphics, the Pokemon still have a unique and stylized look to them that should entice a number of fans from the greater franchise. The image with all of Eevee's evolutions lined up, only they look like balloon animals, looks especially cute. 

While Pokemon Scramble U has yet to be announced for North America, we expect something soon -- especially considering the Wii U's release schedule is rather desolate right now. Not to mention the console sold less than 60,000 units in January. We hope to have news on Pokemon Rumble U for you soon, but for now the Japanese Version will be launching this spring. 

PS: Four player co-op? Interesting.
