Probably not so important but I'll add this in anyways.

    She's sooooo cute. :3
I kind of hope she's a Flying type but I don't really mind. A new type would be the best.

Ninfia, in my opinion, is clearly going to be translated a s Nympheon, and it will be a Flying types. For those who would like to know more of why I think it will be like this, look up for nymphs in mythology
Do you mind if you could give us a link to say the translation? I've seen Nympheon flying around the net, and I haven't seem to have a reliable source telling me if it's actually Nympheon.

Also, it could be a normal type eeveelution. Wouldn't really surprise me tbh. Except I've always thought it'd be the same colour scheme as Eevee, not a a walking Milotic. I'm sorta hoping for Flying, but I dunno, it doesn't really tell me anything from the design. xD

For me it is if they evolve Eevee directly they should also let the others evolve. (BTW wouldn't that be awesome?)

Normal is the only type I can think of that really fits it's design, possibly flying or fighting but thats probably a stretch. The nymph idea is interesting, and the thing that draws my attention are its bright blue eyes, something most games seem to attribute to celestial beings (I guess because blue eyes are supposed to represent purity).

Speculation: They could also introduce another Eeveelution alongside Ninfia. Gen 2 had Umbreon and Espeon, Gen 4 had Glacieon and Leafeon, so my logic says it would make sense if there was a second new Eeveelution introduced alongside Ninfia.

But hey, maybe they won't.

Anyway, this thing is adorable. I'm gonna call either Normal/Flying or just Normal for Ninfia's type.

The pinkness and the bows SCREAM Normal-type to me. It basically looks like an Eeveelution version of Jigglypuff or Clefairy.

I do however think it's pretty curious that the type wasn't revealed, and neither were the types for Xerneas and Yveltal...I personally don't see any reason why they would want to keep this Poke's type a secret, unless it was a completely new type altogether (Sound / Light??).

It's not Bug type, because no. It's not Flying type because it'd have some bloody wings for starters (why waste a perfectly could pegasus opportunity by not giving it wings?). Dragon type doesn't fit the colour scheme and bows - so Normal type it is (unless it's a new Type altogether).

I'd be willing to place bets on a Flying-type Eeveelution.

interesting though on the possible different type. It is strange that they didn't reveal it's typing.

Enth It is not too surprised they withheld the types for the legendaries. Since I believe Reshiram and Zekrom had their types kept a secret at first. Though if I remember right with regular pokemon they always release the types upon debut. Which is why I do agree with you, its a new type. Fingers crossed

I'm leaning towards poison or normal myself.

Normal because it looks very similar to Jigglypuff and the like.

Poison because it looks innocent and harmless, but also because in the artwork it is drawn with fangs. None of the other Eeveelutions have fangs drawn despite their mouths being wide open and Pikachu doesn't have teeth drawn either. So I'm going Poison type.

I love this eeveelution so much! I think it's already my favourite, I don't even care what type it will end up being.

Hmm i kinda hate it.

Seem like a Normal type but it looks so different from the already Normal type Eevee. Maybe it evolves with the attached Gen 2 item, Pink Bow, which gave a 10% boost to Normal types...?

That said, in the image above its head its ribbons are extending quite far width ways so they could be a signifier that it's Flying type. Although that seems to be a stretch given that those ribbons would have to flap pretty hard to make it fly, plus the other Eeveelutions are so stereotypical in appearance of their respective types.

Ah well, I know for a fact I won't be training one of those.

Am I the only one who thinks it looks really, really bad?
Honestly, I preferred that fake with the bird and insect.

Not sure about the others but I've seen Umbreon with fangs. Fangs =/= Poison type.

Kinda hoping it isn't Normal though...I mean I guess I wouldn't mind it but it's not how I would envision a Normal Eeveelution.

why the *bleep* would they make a bug type eevee? does that look like a bug!?
Does Reshiram look like a Fire Type? Disregarding it's tail glows red, it's all white. That doesn't mean it can't be a Fire type.

Using that logic, it's quite possible that it could be a Bug type, but I'm not for it.

I think it looks way too glorified for a Normal type. It's either a completely new type or Flying. Then again, don't know why they would even make a flying Eevee. It does resemble Skyla though, but if that's where they got the design from, I'd be disappointed.
