Chilly screenshots, puzzle trailer and more for Professor Layton and the Azran Legacies

Professor Layton and the Azran Legacies isn't launching until later this month in Japan and still doesn't have a release date in North America, but that doesn't mean we can't appreciate the latest released media for the game. In fact, I'm positively excited about the title now. Screenshots showing off a snowy landscape and a trailer featuring a slippery ice puzzle set up Layton's greatest adventure yet.

Considering the tentatively translated Azran Legacies will be the last of the franchise to include Professor Layton himself as the protagonist, it's only fitting it's the best looking title yet. What with two Professor Layton movies already created, the animation team behind the series must be quite robust and obviously talented. You have to think they're running out of ideas for puzzles, though.

Hopefully we'll hear about the latest Professor Layton title being ported to North America soon. The longer it takes for Azran Legacies to get ported to North America the more I'll cry. Don't make me cry, Level-5.
