These guys are more courageous than I that's for sure. I think what surprises me more is they are launching a MOBA when that genre is at saturation point. I'm already at the point where every other day I'm expecting a news article that Heroes of Newerth or SMITE have decided to shut down, and it's because of League of Legends and DOTA2's dominance. If you add Sins of a Dark Age to the upcoming Blizzard All-Stars, you have 6 MOBA titles vying for most played and only 2-3 can seriously co-exist some will have end prematurely as there won't be enough money in it.

Maybe I am being too much of a doom monger but I just think that once Blizzard enters the fray we'll have our top 3 MOBA's and the rest will die out. I'd have been more hopeful had this been launching 2 years ago as it is a nice concept, I especially like the idea of 'Realm Quests' which seems to add a bit of spice to the mix. I just think it's just come too late, adding more bloat to an already full genre of free to play MOBA games.

Perhaps they should consider adding a weather mechanic, I think that could work in a MOBA, just like day/night does. Surprised it hasn't been done before (at least in MOBA's that I know of).
