Did anyone really expect TSM to win that match? I mean really.

As for Crs vs Dig... I'm not sure who I want to win. I think I like Dig better than Crs, but I like Voy better than anyone on Dig. Been watching a lot of Crs scrims lately due to Voy streaming and Saint is still an arrogant, terrible play caller, so I see this going in Dig's favor.

I'll be rooting for Curse in this match, they're a fun team to watch.

Archangel TSM is like the ultimate test for professional teams. They've got such solid fundamentals, team play, but all they really know to do is pick their best champions and play solo queue style.

Still, that's probably going to be enough to keep them in the top three or four teams in the LCS... unless one of the new teams can really step up. Guys are super talented gamers, just need a bit more planning and direction. Could definitely have surprised CLG if CLG hadn't been practicing that comp.

TSM has been playing like garbage compared to every other top team the past couple months. I may be a little blinded based on my hatred of Regi, but I really don't think anyone can argue that they have been performing quite a bit worse than, say, early S2.

Archangel That's for sure, haha. I watched an interview only a week or two ago saying they haven't practiced whatsoever since the Season 2 World Championship in October. They're absolutely nowhere near their top form right now.

Still, they just landed a huge sponsorship from Qualcomm that will absolutely demand a higher level of dedication. Whether they can really commit is another matter entirely...

Lots of fun storylines going into Season 3!

I'm not entirely surprised by that sponsorship. Regardless of their lackluster performances, they are still (arguably) the most 'famous' team. I do have to commend Dan for really trying to pull things together, making that new 'war room' in the TSM house for scrims.

I feel like it's a double-edged sword for them though. On the one hand this is their career and money is the focus, but on the other hand if they focus on the money then their performance suffers because most teams won't allow their scrims to be streamed. Not to mention the little uproar that happened when the majority of the team stopped streaming for quite a while.

In the end I just feel they would be much better if Regi wasn't the shot-caller.

DAY 2

CLG.NA vs CLG.Bench is first. Three current members of Curse are benched CLG members. Time for the bad blood to flow, for game one is now!

Curse won! <3 I wasn't there to see it happen but oh well.

TSM vs DIG, it is so awesome watching TSM getting stomped. I hate Dyrus.

Edit: Spoke too soon, Miss Fortune double kill. Welp.

Edit:

I think Kayle has a better late game than Renekton.

Oh man, oh man. It is awesome to see Curse doing so well. My favorite underdogs are now the top team! Saintvicious' ego is going to be bigger than the sun.

Also, damn, Dignitas looks worse than I've ever seen them.

Agreed, Scarra has been really really sucking all these games. I've never seen him personally play, but all I hear about him is praise. Doesn't look like he's living up to it.

As much as I hate TSM, Oddone had some really nice engages there.

StVicious' interview summed up in asterisks

*Trying to sound cool whilst belittling CLG*

Pleased Curse did so well, Voyboy carried against GGU, but it was a great combined team effort to beat CLG, with synergy on Sona/Ori ults, great Olaf tanking and focus, and hilarious Xin Zhao ults sending Anivia into his own team.

GG Curse, keep it up. Hope Dig wins this, seems like their roster changes are hurting them in addition to Scarra and QTPie underperforming.
