L.A. Noire has some of the most accurate motion capture in a game to date, and due to human nature, mistakes were bound to happen in the process. Luckily, Depth Analysis, the firm behind the MotionScan technology used in the game, have released a blooper reel that delivers plenty of comedy and a bit of weirdness. You'll find plenty of missed lines, stammers, sneezes, and more in the reel.
Some of the facial animations had to be exaggerated by the actors in order to accurately portray if someone is lying or nervous during an interview. Those seemed a little odd in the finished game, but presented in the blooper reel it shows just how amazing Depth Analysis' technology truly is. Tongues get stuck out when an actor gets tongue tied, smirks are had, and overall it's just like something you'd find on a movie DVD. Only with motion-capture in a video game.
