An update on the Halo 1/2/3 business Here. 4 days old though XD

So yeah, it seems it was misleading. It may have been a recent update, but that doesn't mean it was recently added to the registry. So Halo 3 could have been on there for ages. And it has been confirmed it won't be coming to Steam it seems (but no mention of PC in general, so who knows?).

Yay!

I've actually been wanting to get Halo 1 and 2, but I couldn't justify importing it from the USA (only place I've found where you can get em online). And the 3rd is coming out too? Big yay!

I'll probably be getting all 3 of those day 1.

Fez too, as I've heard a lot of good things about it.

The other stuff, well, I'll check them out on a case by case basis. I think I actually bought Brutal Legend for home console but never opened it. Might get it on PC then, if it's actually coming out.

Halo? What? On the PC?

If Halo CE makes it onto Steam, will it be the original or the updated version from the 360?

And if they are on the PC, I only hope they've been optimised properly for the hardware and have mouse/keyboard support. FPS games are better with mouse aiming.

EDIT: Checked that Steam Database thing and they seem to have disappeared from it.
The first two are actually already on PC, but disk only. I was as surprised as you are when I first noticed myself.

I really liked the first two but don't have a 360 so this is good news if it holds any water, but split-screen multiplayer is one of my favorite parts of the series which I'd obviously miss out on.

Just checked and I wasn't even aware of them being on the PC. £40+ for Halo: CE though. Apparently Halo 2 has low reviews because of issues with GfWL since the servers were turned off. Hope they've got rid of that on the Steam versions. Can't stand GfWL.

That's a pretty nice list (minus the mobile games). I wonder what LucasArts Test App is?
