+1 to that, hopefully if the public community is vocal enough GPG listens to them as well, and not just the backers only. I hope the next couple video blogs go into a bit more depth on the game mechanics, and what we might expect from an ARPG/RTS. I also saw the update about no DRM which is great news.

You can access the forums now, the backer-only forum won't go into effect until after a successful kickstarter campaign

Also, we will be getting out a new video blog in the next 24 hours!

I think one of the main reasons you aren't excited over this is because they tell you pretty much nothing about the game. They mention it's ARPG + RTS like, but don't go into details on what they're doing. During the video when they had the sketch, I was like "why are they showing the Barbarian from D3?"

I don't agree with their reasoning for starting the kickstarter. They say they want the community to be involved in helping create it, that they've intentionally left a section(s) of the game blank because they want you to shape it. Why can't they use a forums + suggestions? .... Because to access the forums you have to pedge $$$ :/

As much as I want to support Gas Powered Games in everything they do, I'm not interested in the premise of the game or what they've shown for it yet. Kickstarter isn't a place just get your next game funded, it's a place to get exciting things funded that may not have been otherwise.

I'm not really excited by this, it's sadly not something I'd otherwise be interested in if it wasn't Gas Powered Games last chance to keep solvent.
