Something wicked Nintendo's way comes according to this Official Nintendo Magazine teaser
It kinda looks like the inside of a submarine or boat?
At first when I saw this teaser in the latest Official Nintendo Magazine I thought it was a just a silly way of advertising for Luigi's Mansion on 3DS. Luigi's Mansion isn't scary, Nintendo, I thought to myself. Upon further consideration, this teaser doesn't seem to be for Luigi's Mansion at all. It's for an actual new game -- a scary game -- and Nintendo thinks it's big enough to get people excited for.
The teaser reads as thus, "Are you scared? You should be." This statement is accompanied by a photograph of what appears to be a large engine or pipe-system of sorts. If I had to guess I'd say it looks like a submarine or some sort of large boat, but it could be a boiler room of some kind on an old building. Not necessarily a scary setting, until you say, "This is scary." Then it conjures up images of Freddie Kruger or ghosts or gnomes or something.
Nintendo's Official Magazines says to look forward to a "World Exclusive" first look at a new game coming in their issue next month, coming February 13. What the game could be is really anyone's guess, but if the magazine thinks it's worth a big exclusive then odds are it may be watching out for. What could it be?

I should go to bed, those were awful...
This news in the Official Nintendo Magazine certainly won't have anything to do with it, though. For starters, it would be way too soon; secondly, as you say, it wouldn't be covered in a UK magazine; and third, that picture is rather at odds with where Zero Escape 3 is likely going to be set.
I guess since Nintendo Power is gone ONM will be the new source of cryptic teaser pictures. Usually they have some kind of hint, like the galaxy that was shaped like Kirby.
But yeah go ahead; I'm not using the name anymore.
