Remember Me gameplay trailer sends us to Neo Paris, introduces oddly named boss Kid Xmas
He's a pretty big guy, too
Capcom today released a new trailer for their upcoming sci-fi action adventure Remember Me, and what a trailer it is. We never say "no" to gameplay, and it's really quite a treat, though we're thinking maybe Capcom ought to consider cutting back on the distortion effects. Hopefully, the game won't have nearly so much of that going on.
Anyway, we see Nilin in Neo Paris on an assignment, searching for a young architect in hopes of using her memories. Well, nothing ever goes according to plan, so our lady finds herself instead chased by authorities and then cornered in an... arena with a TV-famous brawler. Apparently, he's a boss, this celebrity fighter, and sports the name "Kid Xmas." Consider us terribly frightened.
Dig the cool robots walking around town (or playing piano).

Anyway, the combat looks fun. I really liked the wings that flashed on her back in one of the fighting scenes.
Her voice kind of bothers me. It's not annoying or anything. Just not the type of voice I would have had for a character like that. I guess I expected different when I read about Nilin. She's still pretty bad ass.
Badassery unbounded.
Aside from the action the music seems to be great.
