Call of Duty mobile site briefly updates with a Black Ops 2 Revolution DLC release date
The most important of news
This isn't exactly news to some folk, but it's the best news to a lot of other folk. According to the Examiner, the Call of Duty mobile website briefly updated Friday with a preview of the not as of yet announced Black Ops 2 Revolution DLC. Despite being reverted after a few short hours, internet sleuths were able to confirm a January 29 release date and not much else. Since this info came from an official website, but was not likely meant to be released, we'll upgrade the news from rumor to tentative.
Previously leaked details pertaining to the Revolution DLC pack include the multiplayer maps Grind, Hydro, Mirage and Downhill, along with a new zombie map named Die Rise. All these details are absolutely still rumor, however, as nothing was confirmable via the mobile site update. It's all probably true, though. Pretty obvious at this point we're dealing with a leaky media campaign.
Expect official word from Activision and Treyarch perhaps as soon as Monday, as it's unlikely they'd launch an advertising campaign on the weekend. With a January 29 release date they're likely excited to start talking about the DLC as soon as possible. Look forward to more Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Revolution DLC details soon, likely headed to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and Wii U.

"Hey! Those kids sure love the name DER REISE dont they? Lets use a similar name for this new map we made!"
Still, who cares about names. if the map is good they could call it "buttmonkey" and I would still pay for it.
ehehe, buttmonkey.
Also side note, I would love a map named buttmonkey.
either way i still think it's kind of them to translate the old map names. school usually starts to offer other languages to students around 9-12 years that's still some time away for most of the cod fan base.
