Naruto fans will be glad to hear that Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 now has an official release date for North and South America. While last year's release of Ultimate Ninja Generations likely kept fans' attention, getting back to the main series and its staple gameplay modes is certain to be highly anticipated. Almost three long years since its predecessor, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 will be released on March 5, 2013.
I'm seriously in awe of how much content it seems Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is including, according to what I'm reading. Over 80 playable characters, the return of giant boss battles, a full story campaign that takes place during the 5 Kage's Summit arc, the most robust multiplayer of the franchise yet, hack and slash mode, and the new "Ultimate Decision" mode that allows the player to change the outcome of the story. If you don't know what some of those things are just think of it this way: more Naruto than is recommended by your doctor.
If players pick up up Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 on March 5, available on both Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 they'll also get a Dragon Ball Z Goku skin for Naruto and a collectible trading card. They'll also be able to play along with the game's story as the anime airs in Japan. Seriously, Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 might be the biggest love letter to fans that I've seen. CyberConnect2 and Namco Bandai are doing as much as they can for Naruto fans.
