Okay, so I decided to label this as a rumor simply because the situation is too confusing for me to be 100% certain of anything. It's widely accepted in the technology industry that nVidia's Tegra 4 mobile graphics chip is going to be announced next week at CES. Next we've got a screenshot for CODEX: The Warrior - Chain of Nemesis referencing "nVidia Wayne", which is apparently the codename for the Tegra 4 chip. Got that? Good, because I'm confused.
I believe what I'm trying to say is this is our first look at a game running on Nvidia's Tegra 4 chipset. It's difficult to just say that with 100% certainty because the CODEX: The Warrior Facebook page is mostly in Korean. Google Translate isn't so reliable a thing, right?
A later post on the developer's website makes the comment that they'd like to port CODEX: The Warrior to PC using DirectX 11, potentially through Steam. If that's the case, it's hard not to be impressed with the Tegra 4's potential. Hopefully CES, starting January 8, will shed some light on situation and give us a better look at what the Tegra 4 is capable. Otherwise CODEX: The Warrior - Chain of Nemesis looks plain bad-ass no matter its platform.
Feel free to add some insight to the issue in the comments, and forgive me for being totally confused by the subject material. Mobile games are crazy.
