Breakout Xbox LIVE hit FEZ won't be a 360-exclusive forever, as creator Phil Fish announced the game is going multiplatform later this year. There aren't any specifics on which platforms or even when we'd be getting FEZ, but at least it'll be available to more people. Fish had the following to say in his blog post:
Yes, i’ve heard you, dozens of people emailing me everyday telling me how much of an idiot i am for not porting FEZ to everything.
He goes on to say a few other things in his blog, like "exciting plans" for the game's soundtrack and "something about a US branch." Earlier in the blog, Fish explained his company, Polytron, had left its building when 2013 began, but didn't elaborate on where he'll end up. Currently, Polytron consists entirely of Fish, so things are pretty open-ended on where and what he wants to do.
Once more news arrives on which systems FEZ is being ported to, you can be sure to find it here.
