Less than 10 seconds of Fire Emblem: Awakening is all that's really necessary
This is a must-buy for 3DS owners
It's the day after the New Year started and Nintendo decided the best way to welcome us all back from the holiday is with 10 seconds of Fire Emblem: Awakening footage. I'm not complaining, after all Fire Emblem: Awakening looks great and it likely a must buy for every 3DS. Okay, maybe I'm complaining a little, because it's probably not healthy to start a year off pining for the days to go by faster just so this great looking game can be released already.
It doesn't help either that Fire Emblem: Awakening was first announced in 2011 at the Tokyo Gaming Convention. Then it went on to be released in Japan last April, almost ten months prior to its new February 4 release date. We've been waiting for Fire Emblem: Awakening for a good while now and here's Nintendo with a silly ten second trailer. Take it back! I don't want it anymore. Okay, I take that back, please don't take it away. Love you, Nintendo.
Fire Emblem: Awakening lands on 3DS February 4, the first new Fire Emblem since 2007, not counting the Shadow Dragon remake from 2008.

Shit would never get finished if I did that.
I will make it a point to try 4 and 5 the next time I'm in the mood for an RPG.
I'd recommend either GBA game, though I have to admit the first one is still my favorite.
But only ten seconds of the game and I'm still hyped. 33 days to go!

Still, it's not as bad as waiting for New Mystery of the Emblem only to find out that it's never leaving Japan.
