I was getting here . Now to decide Lulu vs Nami. We'll see depending on Nami's skin, if it's good I'll buy the bundle and get Lulu. bluexy you've gotta remember that the slow goes for a much longer time than Sona's ultimate, the first skill isn't as strong because she's making her own ad carry faster, giving her ad carry a slow etc. Either way, I can see a lot of synergy between her and Draven or Ezreal. Ezreal because he can proc that slow from an insane range, Draven because he already has a speed boost, let alone giving him another speed boost and a way of slowing his enemies. She's going to be quite risky with her ultimate as it's like an insta nunu ult that puts her in a bad position for a ranged support.

Screams support for carries with AS steroids to make optimum use of her supportive abilities as a commitment support.

For Nunu's slow you have to be in the center of the fight and the full damage can be cancelled with one CC. While Nami's slow is instantaneous, powerful and has ok damage.

As for the rest of the kit, it really makes her into an active support, constantly hit those Q's, and having your main damage + heal in one ability like ebb and flow is great, everything just flows really well, like water.

Nami's lore is missing from her reveal, but hopefully we'll hear more prior to here release, which could come either the week after Thanksgiving or the week after that. More supports in the League of Legends is always a good thing!
=/ Lore hasn't been worth a damn in a long time.

THERE ONCE WAS A RACE OF MAJESTIC MERMAIDS, THEN SOMETHING REALLY OMINOUS AND SPOOKY HAPPENED AND THEY ALL DISAPPEARED. NAMI WAS THE ONLY ONE LEFT. CURIOUS ABOUT THE RACE OF LANDDWELLERS, NAMI INVESTIGATED. SHE WAS ALMOST CAPTURED BY PEOPLE THAT WANTED TO SELL HER, BUT SHE THEN CALLED A TIDAL WAVE TO WASH THEM AWAY. LOOKING FOR ANSWERS AS TO WHAT HAPPENED TO HER PEOPLE, NAMI JOURNEYED TO THE LEAGUE OF LEGENDS.

A lane with Nami Ezreal means Ezreal no longer has to rush a phage for kiting, and sheen rush will become more popular again. As for Ashe Nami, it'd be almost pointless having two autoattack based slows. So certain ad carries will not synergise with Nami in the slightest, whilst others will become almost the new and more powerful lanes. If anything, I can see Miss Fortune, Draven and Ezreal being some of the stronger laning partners with Nami. I think most ad carries will enjoy Nami support, has a heal (all noobs think that what makes a support, well, a support is that they have a heal), allows them to kite enemies, has a tonne of cc herself, and is almost completely based around kiting, which most ad carries cannot do.

That Ult looks crazy awesome to use and look at on the battle field. Might pick her up as my first support.

Varus has a pretty interesting lore, and the concept of Draven is really unique, in my opinion.
But Diana, she's a tribal who hates leona, cool.

I dunno, from what I remember of Varus' lore, it was pretty dumb.

Varus grew up and became the guardian of this evil thingy that should never have been unleashed on the world. One day soldiers come and attack his village, but Varus must defend evil thingy! He finally go and check on village, everyone dead. So Varus unleash evil thingy to kill soldiers.

But I'm okay with Draven. I've wanted a flamboyant entertainer forever.

I feel like Nami/Draven is going to be the new bot lane meta, if adc/support continues to, ya know, stay bot.

I'm excited for her, buying her on release~ uwu

Yep, Nami/Draven will be one of the strongest bot lanes in the game. Nami will go well with any champion that can: A) Already speed themselves up, giving them a double steroid or B) Not kite without rushing an early Phage, is Ezreal's case. I can see a lot of people playing Nami, but I'm also thinking there's going to be some terrible ulti's, KSing and missed kill opportunities on day 1 of Nami.

This patch is taking longer to hit than I thought... but I'm hearing they're trying to get some very interesting things into it.

Even though I will never use her I still get giddy when I think of a new champion.

Anyone else like that?
