All in all, it has been a great year for Sony PlayStation 3 & Sony Computer Entertainment Incorporation!

Another revolutionary game everyone should try on handheld is 'Assassin's Creed III: Liberation'...I'd recommend a PSVita with Assassin's Creed for those who are considering a handheld gift to anyone...

P.S. Not so sure Wii U as a gift is a good idea in this Xmas though

THM We wanted to review some PS Vita games, but we don't have the hardware... and Heath has his schedule full with other games anyways. >< Maybe next year.

2012 was a "meh" year for the PS3; but only because 2011 was one of its best years ever (games wise), and because many games (Last of Us, Bioshock Infinite, Tomb Raider, etc) got pushed back to 2013.

Still, some other games that aren't on the list are pretty good: Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, Mass Effect 3, Max Payne 3, Spec Ops: The Line, Dishonored, Assassin's Creed 3, XCOM: Enemy Unknown

... :/

Ever heard of this utterly unknown game called "Journey"?

Besides that, there was Pixeljunk 4am, Sorcery and Okami HD. These are very specifically for the move controller. Pixeljunk4am specifically was very impressive. "Wonderbook" is set to release later on. Datura was pretty interesting as well, even if it wasn't as polished as it perhaps could have been.

Outside that we have the Zone of the Enders HD release, Armored Core V, Rayman Origins, I Am Alive, Binary Domain, and Tales of Graces f (which was this year's jrpg in a way, now that Ni No Kuni was pushed to 2013). Also Tokyo Jungle and Dyad, two pub-fund class games, but very good games. Mass Effect saw a complete release on the ps3, which happened to be the best console edition of all the games if considering technical things, graphics and stability..

But somebody was more impressed with the SSX release, I guess..? lol?

Okami HD and Journey are my premiere games of 2012. Played the absolute crap out of them.

ALL games I either didn't review, didn't have time to play, or both.

*cries* lol *cry*

No, at least try Journey. One very interesting game, technically, narratively and mechanically. Online somewhat inspired by Demon's Souls as well.
