The narrator for this is the shaman for the Skaal. He's neither Arngeir nor Esbern. New character with a new actor.

Keep in mind the pictures at Bethesda's site are actually labeled, also.

I'll give my interpretation of what's going on in each:

Skaal - obviously a Skaal village. I love the clothing and the realistic depiction of warming one's self by the fire.

Dragon Skeleton - Prominent Dovah corpse in the foreground with what appears to be some construction site or archeological unearthing of an ancient barrow in the background.

Netch - A Bull Netch, in what appears to be the Hirstaang Forest in southern Solstheim. Note Vvardenfell in the background across the sea. It's not as close as it looks. It's simply huge.

Oblivion - Obviously a realm of Oblivion. Based on the book motif I'm guessing Apocrypha, the realm of Hermaeus Mora.

Raven Rock - This was a small Imperial settlement in TES: III Bloodmoon. It appears to have grown substantially and become home to a Dunmer population in recent years. Primarily Redoran judging by the architecture.

Redoran Guard - A person (apparently Dunmer) in full Bonemold armor with the Redoran style pauldrons stands prominently to the right. We see a merchant shop in the background.

Seeker - Apparently the same realm of Oblivion as before. A creature I presume to be the titular Seeker is present. We also see it in the trailer. My guess is a lesser Daedra who serves Mora.

Dragon Peak- The Dragonborn is riding what appears to be a Frost Dragon over a mountain peak. Also note the Nordic Bear armor he is wearing.

Ash Spawn - A creature which has similarities to Corprus Stalkers from Morrowind, but also Draugr from Bloodmoon. I'm not sure which it is supposed to represent.

Black Book- The Dragonborn is equipped with Stalhrim items and is reading from a large book in that Oblivion realm mentioned earlier.

Cultist- A humanoid with a strange, tentacled mask and patch work robes casts a fire spell at the player. I'm assuming a mortal servant of Mora or of the First Dragonborn.

Redoran Tavern - A Tavern under the control of House Redoran, presumably in Raven Rock. A robed Dunmer features prominently. We see the bar and a patron farther back. That jug of liquor seems to be Sujamma from TES III.

Well we do see Arngeir in the trailer so I'd say your right. Paarthurnax (and other turned dragons) also disappears somewhere and Solsteim is as good a place as any.
I didn't see Arngeir >.<

Also Paarthurnax dies in a quest so i don't think they'd move him.

My wildest guess is that a band of Dragons will actually ask for your help from a fearsome Dragonborn.
He narrates it... lol

And You have the option of not killing him and subsequently killing Alduin, where it is revealed he and a few other dragons are off to find other dragons to accept "The way of the voice" (pacifism). Odahving says something about it being tyranny compared to what they are used to and he swears fealty to you for real at that point, even calling you Overlord Dragonborn in dragon speak.

Anyway you might be right again in that those who decided to not follow our dragonborn or Paarthurnax probably went on their own (hence the dragons still fighting you after the story) or they fled to Solsteim to the First Dragonborn. If your dragonborn has a mostly neutral stance on the thu'um, Parthurnax preaches peace... then the First dragonborn must be a damned Eldritch abomination by comparison. Especially given the amount of dragon corpses at his feet (7?).

Hopefully there won't be any bugs in this version

Has anyone heard anything new on this like any spells that are included or anything?

Also, i vaguely remember the Greybeards mentioning something like this first Dragonborn. My money is on Paarthurnax and/or the Greybeards having a role in this, or at least to have crossed path with him. Most likely that is how you'll start the DLC.

Hopefully there won't be any bugs in this version but I highly doubt it. Either way, would probably be spending money adding this to the game when I can.

All hail Dark Lord Cthulhu !!!

I hope there'll be more content than Dawnguard in this DLC. I'm all for the mysterious "dark powers" as well.

The first screenshot just makes me think Cthulu and and whole host of lovecraftian elements. Will definitely be getting this dlc when its released.

Also the whole meeting the first dragonborn should be a good storyline that could end in some overly dramatic way

The Seeker (First screenshot) seems to have a close resemblance to a Chaurus. The area on it's abdomen that looks like mouthpiece bears resemblance. As well as the skull
