It was only a matter of time until Telltale Games announced the season finale of The Walking Dead, Episode 5: No Time Left. After all, the media smorgasbord they've given us in the past week could only serve to stir up gamers' emotions just in time for a thrilling conclusion. As the writer for The Walking Dead, Gary Whitta, says,"Prepare for your WORST THANKSGIVING EVER!" No Time Left launches digitally on November 20/21 for PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Mac and iOS.
Now, I haven't played the recent episodes, but the PR campaign for Episode 5 lends itself to a little speculation on my part. Telltale's recent tweets are appending the hashtag #ForClementine, which could mean many different things. The easy way out, of course, would be a situation where the main character has to choose between sacrificing himself or his newfound daughter. It could also mean the main character has to kill lots of people to save her. I doubt they run off into the sunset, that's for sure.
Here's the hard details for The Walking Dead: Episode 5 - No Time Left's release. The North American PlayStation Network version will release on November 20, then on the 21 for PSN European version, Xbox 360, PC, Mac, and for the first time this season the iOS version will also be launched day one.
"Are you truly ready to put everything on the line... #ForClementine?"
