I'm interested in the 1080p video update. Things are about to get a notch sexier.

I guess I wont have to worry about not trusting downloads cuz I once dowloaded an update software for my PSP and it came corrupted. But now I'm convinced by the games that are being included.

Do we know if there will be any territorial differences in content yet?

Given the fact that memory cards (16GB-32GB) for Vita are higher than a gold, not many people will choose the PS Plus which is quite good, but I'd rather upgrade the software and keep on buying the physical copy games to save my memory card of 8GB which has over 4GB left, better than Xbox 360 4GB, actually

P.S. Physical copies are always cheaper than over-priced digital copies on PSN!!
P.S.S. Cloud storage can be destroyed if the Coronal Mass Ejection occurs next year 2013, 11 year cycle for the sun, folks!!!

A PlayStation Plus one-year subscription is $50, not $60.
