Well, just in case I've grabbed copies of both these games from 3rd party sellers. I'm not super keen on either of them, but if I'm ever going to play them I should get the disks now, before the inevitably inflate in price. Managed to get Too Human for under $10 Canadian including shipping (used), but X-Men Destiny cost a bit more than that.

Of course, I could be wrong and prices will drop, but I don't see how, really.

You see here is where i have an issue: "independently verify", the judge or the jury were a bit of an ass, you just told silicon to open their doors and secrets to unreal, unreal can make up shit on the spot now and screw futher SK, it's a shame, also wasnt unreal eninge 3 Open source or what? i clearly remember reading an article that the makers said if any one can port the thing to the wiiu they would make games for the U, so if silicon takes some code mods it and polishes it gets counter sued, due that from what i infer from the article this is the most BS case ever, that or the lawyers failed to make their point.

Shorter District Judge: "I have no clue about technology, and I trust that Epic - maker of well known game-engines that now rule the planet - do. In fact I trust their judgement completely, and SK may only stay in the business at Epic's blessing, whatever the requirement may be. Dismissed".

Well Epic has essentially shut down SK and its sad that not a shit was given by anyone despite the ramifications. I expect that judge and Epic to face heavy scrutiny from now on. And many people will be far more hawk-eyed of using Unreal which is bad unless your a Class A dev.
