No crappy ending that needs to be rectified by a DLC. All I want.

If you have the PC version of ME3 there is a person making a mod that changes the ending, its still being made but you can download it i think the way it is now.

Give it to Obsidian, then retcon their superior work to save the franchise in the Mass Effect MMO. Also make sure to steal the main villain's power and give it to yours while simultaneously stating that nothing like that was ever seen before.
What could possbly go wrong?

Dear Casey Hudson,

I heard that you were asking people what they would like to see in a new Mass Effect game. I would like you to create a new trilogy and state up-front that your ending will in no way disappoint large quantities of the fan base just so that you can make an artistic statement about the much anticipated end of the world. I would like the new mass effect game to take the 3 much hated (even when they were fixed) endings and simply void them by creating another new starting point where none of them (3) happened so that fans can ACTUALLY get closure. Most importantly... I would like you to in no way lead the development of the next game because of the hate that you have inspired from people like me, seemingly undeserving, but really deserving.

Seriously,
A Loving Fan
;P

No stupid publicity stunts just to get more publicity would be a nice start. Purposefully ruining your franchise just to rile up the community to gain even more sales is disgusting.

How about you start the game off explaining what happens to Shepard when he/she comes too after the destroy ending and takes that breath, instead of cutting to some old *bleep* talking to their grandchild about all of this.... ASSHOLES THAT IS A CLIFFHANGER ENDING AT THE END OF A TRILOGY AND I WILL NOT ACCEPT IT!

I got it on ps3, but I might get the PC version and try the mod out.

I think it would probably be best if they started any new ME story arc centuries after the events of ME3 just to try and avoid having to answer any questions left unanswered by ME3.

I also think this time round they should get ambitious and have your choices impact the story in a huge way, like going to different planets and experiencing completing different events and missions depending on choices made, rather than your choices simply putting a different flavour to the same events and missions.
