Horror game sequel Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs is not exactly going the tradtional route for development, but then again it's not a normal game, so that fits; developer The Chinese Room is making a very odd request of fans for the impending release: send in recordings of you "screaming, puking, and freaking out" for use in the game.
“What we really need are some screams,” says the studio's Dan Pinchback. “We want fans to record themselves screaming, puking and freaking out. Tape it all, send it through to us, and we’ll sift through it and the best stuff will end up going into a background mix for one of the levels.”
Said recordings can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, after which point you might make it into the game and can brag to your mother about it. Feel free to use the trailer below for inspiration.
