Indie Royale Halloween Bundle arrives to provide some scares

Halloween is right around the corner, so what better way to get in the scary spirit than with some creepy indie games. Indie Royale has just launched its Halloween Bundle, which packages five games for an incredibly low price. At press time, the minimum to beat is $4.23 to get the games, but if you pay more than $8.00 you'll also receive the chiptune album Preschtale by C-jeff.

Indie Royale's Halloween Bundle includes all five episodes from Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse, side-scrolling horror adventure game Home, the comedy-puzzle-adventure MacGuffin's Curse, retro action-RPG EvilQuest, and the FPS action/adventure Pathologic. The first three include Steam keys, while the last two can be downloaded on Desura. All are available DRM-free too, so you don't even need to mess with another download service and can grab them directly from the Indie Royale site. A Mac version of Sam & Max and MacGuffin's Curse is provided, while all the games will work just fine on Windows.

There are a little over six days remaining to pick up the Indie Royale Halloween Bundle, so you need to act quickly. As a special bonus, whoever buys the Halloween Bundle for the highest amount gets a physical copy of the sold out HOME: Old-School Collector's Edition, which includes a map, manual, "exclusive game-universe artifacts," and is autographed by creator Benjamin Rivers.
