anything for science baby!

i know it's just a program but i'm gonna miss contributing to fold@home on my ps3. it is one of my earlier installs on the PS3 and my PlayStation spend lots of time contributing to that little program every time i wasn't using it.

well, nothing lasts forever, i say we did pretty damn well unraveling the mysteries from all those DNA whatchamacallits.

a toast to Stanford university! *coffee*

This includes the conclusion of our participation with Stanford University’s Folding@home
Why are they closing folding@home?

If you play a game on Vita, does it show what you're playing on your friend's PS3s? Just wondering.

Removing fold@home isn't good. My PS3 has been folding every time I haven't otherwise used it for the past 7 months. Sad to see it go.

I just updated the firmware and LwPS is still there, along with folding@home.

Had a read at the folding forums and it's saying that it'll be gone from the PS3 in November.

Does anyone know why it's getting removed? Seems a strange thing to remove.
