Viking: Battle for Asgard just launched on PC via Steam, quite randomly, in fact. If you know nothing about the title, it's an action war game from Creative Assembly (Total War series); the PC version has been seemingly been developed proper by UK studio Hardlight Games. The random part comes in when you learn the game originally released four years ago on consoles, so...yeah.
Anyway, a trailer and screens are in, showing off the PC version, and I'll be damned if it doesn't look like some serious enhancements have been made to this version. According to the store page, keyboard and mouse controls have been fine tuned, too, so you should be good to jump in. There is word the framerate is locked to 30fps, however, which does put a damper on things.
Viking is $15 and available now.
