RegalBryant: I'm not sure if beautifuller is even a word....

nnnddd101010: That's what I meant. I'm not only talking about Wii games, games that are quite older than the Wii and some games that are about < 5 years old. For example, XBOX 360 and PS3 games.

What's the point of remaking a game in HD when it already is HD?
...but it isn't HD. Not even close. Play Skyward Sword and then something like Uncharted or Assassin's Creed. You'd see how different they are. Graphically speaking, the Wii is a generation behind the PS3 and 360.
But it's more beautifuller!

John234MKWii The Wii is most certainly not HD, or 720p.

And really guys? Why do you want an HD verison of a one year old game? (Skyward Sword)
Because it was awesome. And by the time it would take to make it all HD, it could be a 2, or even 3 yr old game!

Well, I think the Wii's quality is good enough, so that's why I guessed.

nnnddd101010: That's what I meant. The ones that are a little older than the Wii and not even close to HD quality should be remade HD. What's the point of remaking a game in HD when it already is HD?

Sorry if I'm biased, it's just that I don't know much about console quality and graphics.

What I mean is the Wii U is a follow up console to the Wii, so maybe Nintendo should remake the games that aren't on the Wii in HD. Because Wii is like, 720p right?

Not that I wouldn't be happy with a "Zelda collection" with Twilight Princess+Skyward Sword, while I'm dreaming how about we throw Wind Waker in there too.

That's what I meant.

quote John234MKWii
Well, then probably all games that aren't on the Wii, because the Wii basically has the same quality and graphics.
Ummm... what? In what world did the Wii have the same quality and graphics?

Skyward Sword is a little too recent in my opinion to need an HD remake. The Wii U is fully backwards compatible with Wii games unlike the PS3 which is no longer backwards compatible with PS2 games, so there isn't as much of a need. Some of the games like the MGS collection would be harder or more expensive to buy separately making them a good value.
