Bungie has hired former Rockstar employee Danny Bulla to work as "a gameplay designer on the sandbox team" for its new project, Destiny.
Bulla's experience consists of development on Red Dead Redemption and Midway's Blacksite: Area 51. He's "doing some amazing work and, so far, he hasn't tried to lash any of us to a pair of railroad tracks," Bungie said.
Not much has been revealed in regards to Destiny, which will be the first title to represent Bungie's ten-year multiplatform deal with Activision. It's apparently an MMO-styled action shooter.
A document leak earlier in the year revealed that the game will be a timed exclusive on the Xbox 720, with a release on the PlayStation 4 following a year later.
