Total War: Shogun 2 gets Steam Workshop support, more mod tools

If you're eagerly anticipating Total War: Rome 2 (and why wouldn't you be after yesterday's trailer), know that you'll still have plenty of war to wage until it launches: Shogun 2 just received Steam Workshop support and upgraded mod tools.
Being on the Workshop means you'll be able to easily access and keep up with your favourite mods, the first batch of which include a bunch by developer Creative Assembly themselves; better mod tools -- in the form of the new Assembly Kit -- means more and better mods, and an easier time of it if you're the modding type yourself.
