Mac release of Call of Duty: Black Ops due this month

Only two years late
Aspyr's Mac port of Call of Duty: Black Ops will be launching this month, the studio has announced.
Activision's shooter will be released on Steam for the platform come September 27. A Mac App Store release will follow shortly after. The game will retail for $49.99, with the First Strike Content Pack bundled.
Also available at launch will be the Rezurrection Content Pack for $14.99, while two other downloadable content packs, Escalation and Annihilation, will be bundled during the latter stages of 2012.
Aspyr has been responsible for the Mac ports of several Call of Duty titles including Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty 2 and the original Call of Duty.

i don't get why they port games for it. mac is in his element for office work and for creative artists alike. if you're the kind of person that likes to make music the mac is your best buddy but do it for the games and compatibility issues will throw a wrench in your plans..
if i had a mac would probably just head into town and buy a console. problem solved!
i personally like to combine pc and console at the same time. game on 1 message on 2 and vice versa. if either of them happens to be on idle for a while it'l automatically start up folding@home and contribute to it.
