I really wish they made this game more graphically impressive. If it was like that old Magic game where you create your own mage and get to see the monsters and spells, then I would have bought it.

be nice to make your own mage problem that is easy...as for spells and monsters it would take a lot longer to do that o-o

True. But I do believe they had a Magic game like that already, though it's quite old. I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra for that.

Perhaps Magic Tactics is what you're looking for. I've no idea if it's any good, though. Alternately you can play the free, fan updated version of the original 90s Duels game here.

That looks pretty cool. I think the PC I was talking about was called Batllegrounds or something.

I have seen MtG 2013 on xbox and I won't get it until you can make your own decks from a list of cards. You are forced to take one of there decks and can only edit a bit. You should be able to make your own custom deck from all the cards you have unlocked.

You can edit a lot; using the unlock codes, there are 100 cards per deck, which let you go at least two routes with each deck. With 10 decks, that makes it not too far from paper Magic (Standard, that is).

And no, you shouldn't - if you had access to all that Magic had to offer for such a small price, they'd be killing their own business. If you do want that, play Magic Online and pay them what you'd pay for paper Magic.
