New Little King's Story lands in October for PS Vita
Kind of a remake, kind of a sequel
Konami has confirmed that New Little King's Story will be arriving in North America at the start of next month, on October 2. The sequel-remake for Vita will also be exclusive to PSN. That's one more potentially solid game for Sony's latest handheld.
In New Little King's Story, Corobo must bolster his Royal Guard to fight a Devil King known as "The Nightmare." The game features DLC and a social multiplayer component in the "item synthesis" feature. Both the Vita's touch surfaces are incorporated into play.
In Japan, the game is known as Ō to Maō to 7 Nin no Himegimi Tachi ~Shin Ōsama Monogatari~ or "The King, The Demon King and the 7 Princesses: New King Story." As Japanese publication Famitsu also notes, the Vita title features some "love elements" and visual customizations for characters.
