Valve today announced the first ten games to be approved through Steam Greenlight. That's right, the games that you, as a community, approved for release.
Because we wouldn't want to keep any of you waiting, here's the full list:
- Black Mesa
- Cry of Fear
- Heroes & Generals
- No More Room in Hell
- Project Zomboid
None of the games are quite ready for their debut, however, and remain in various stages of development. As such, we'll be seeing the "first set" of titles hitting Steam independently over the coming months. Nothing more specific than that, unfortunately.
In the brief period it's been available, Greenlight has proven to be a successful venture for Valve. The service first launched August 30 and has since seen a few changes, with more to come as its creators take in more community feedback.
