A series of screenshots have arrived showing off the menus of Borderlands 2, which supports Gearbox's earlier claim the PC version is not a port.
The folks over at GameSpy have revealed the menu screens for Borderlands 2, and although the images are a little small, plenty of detail can be seen. Nearly every setting you can think of can be adjusted in the PC version, even some you may not have considered. Don't want the UI to sway whenever you move? Disable it. Want the weapon aim and crouch to be toggles? You can change that. There are also plenty of graphics options to adjust, too.
View distance, texture quality, and even foliage distance can all be modified to suit your video card's power. FXAA and depth of field can be turned on or off, and even the field of view can be set directly in the game without resorting to an .INI tweak. There is also an option to adjust the framerate, which is at "Unlimited" in the screenshot. That is as good an indicator as you need to know there will be no FPS cap in Borderlands 2, at least on the PC.
Borderlands 2 is set to arrive on September 18 on the PC, PS3, and 360.
