Awesomenauts has done well for itself on PC, and Ronimo counts over 500,000 games have been played via Steam the first three weeks post-launch. Not too shabby, right? That amounts to over 1 billion Solar collected.
And yes, Ronimo is promising to keep the support going so the community stays happy. Updates, characters, and more features will come in time, though for today, the PC version expands with Gnaw, the adorably disgusting/disgustingly adorable alien dog-thing. Look at the little guy -- screenshots after the break.
Unfortunately, cheaters do exist, and Ronimo has come up with an interesting way to punish them. See, if you're caught cheating, you'll be joining the "ima-cheater-and-I-wanna-play-against-my-cheating-buddies" league, which means you'll be placed in a special matchmaking system with other cheaters. That way, all the cheaters can keep each other company without bothering the legit players. Pro strat.
